Local Community Land Trust Submits Proposal to NYC for Community Center

As a partner organization with the Mott Haven Port Morris Community Land Stewards, UpBeat NYC supports our local community land trust's proposal to tranform the currently abandoned 22,000sqft city owned building at 349 E.149th in Mott Haven into a dynamic multi-purpose community center designed to serve our neighborhood through much needed Health, Education and Arts programming - the HEArts Community Center!
